Independent, spacious villa is situated on the territory of 2500 m2 with a large swimming pool, barbecue area, with wonderful views of the sea.

The house has three levels, 8 bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. There is one double bedroom and a large bathroom. Traditional stone staircase leads to the second floor with the second bedroom with a double bed, the third bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Downstairs - two bedrooms (double and two single beds) and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to the pool.

On the western side of the villa - the second living room with kitchen and bathroom. Traditional staircase leads to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with a single bed.

BBQ - ideal place for lunch or dinner - with furniture, large table, sink, grill, hob, as well as stereo.

The villa is surrounded by olive trees and herbs of Crete (oregano, sage and thyme, wild flowers). This is an ideal place for walking and cycling.

Within a 3-minute drive from the village guests can enjoy the Cretan Sea, relax on the beach ar try the Greek cuisine. The village is located in the north-central part of Crete, which is very convenient for visiting many places of interest like Malia, famous Elounda, Agios Nikolaos, Hersonissos, Ierapetra, and others.

There are 3 minimarkets in the village (8 km away), a large supermarket, shops and a long sandy beach.
