Description
The villa is located on a well-groomed, green and closed area within walking distance from a private beach. The three storey villa is designed with stone pillars, marble floors and bright wood tones. The house will comfortably accommodate 6-7 guests. Each room is made in a unique style. Spacious living room with fireplace, equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom with two single beds and an office. The second bedroom has a double bed and a working area, the master bedroom has a spacious double bed, a fireplace, a working area with a fax machine and a printer. The master bedroom also has a mini bar, access to a balcony and a private bathroom. The house also has an indoor hall with a jacuzzi, a seating area on the terrace, barbecue equipment, a garden. The complex has a tennis and basketball court, a private beach where only guests of the complex can relax, the beach is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, showers, there is also a volleyball area and a bar with soft drinks and cocktails. Also in the complex there is a water station where you can rent canoes, kayaks, catamarans, kayaks and SUP surfing. For an additional fee: - cook service, - concierge service, - babysitting service.

Neighborhood
Halkidiki is the most beautiful resort in all of Greece. On its coast, the peninsula has a huge number of golden bays with a sandy beach, among which modern hotels of various levels comfortably nestled. The peninsula of Halkidiki itself resembles the trident of Poseidon, piercing the Aegean Sea. Along its coast, a strip of picturesque sandy beaches stretches for 500 km, which are included in the register of the cleanest beaches in the European Union. Halkidiki is essentially a unique nature reserve, almost entirely covered with centuries-old pine forests interspersed with olive groves and fields. Kassandra is the westernmost "finger", closest to Thessaloniki and therefore the most populous. Its white beaches and rocky headlands covered with pine forests attract many tourists with children.
