Description
The two-storey cottage with a swimming pool is located in the quiet southern part of Crete, near the sandy beach. The total area is 120 m2. The house consists of two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 persons.
First floor: open plan living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a veranda overlooking the pool. Bright and spacious living room with a sofa (extra bed if required). There is also Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD and CD-player. The living room has a terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
Second floor: one double bedroom, second bedroom with two single beds, a balcony with fantastic views and a large bathroom.
Outside: a terrace with a private pool (9 x 4m), deck chairs, garden with lawn and parking.
The cottage is located a few steps from the sandy beach and the tavern belonging to the house owner. Here guests can enjoy traditional Cretan dishes, fresh fish, a variety of grilled meat and local wine. The tavern offers chairs and umbrellas on the beach, as well as a pair of bicycles for rent. Mini-market is 300 meters away from the house and a supermarket - within 1.5 km.
