Falaseya villa is a Cretan manor house which holds on to what is left of the Cretan traditional architectural style. It has an interior living space of 230 m². It is surrounded by palm trees, bougainvilleas, orange trees and olive groves, that fill the air with their exquisite scents. The well manicured lush garden is providing a comfortable, tranquil, relaxed environment and spectacular panoramic sea views.
Cleaning service is provided daily among other specialized services, which are available on the guest’s request.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, gym facilities, a play room, internet free of charge and satellite TV. Our villa can accommodate up to 10 persons. Furthermore it is facilitated with a barbeque area and garage. Windows and balconies in each room of the house offer breathtaking sea views of Souda bay, hills and environs. Our villa is decorated with traditional Cretan handmade furniture. The large kitchen table is always full of traditional homemade specialties & sweets.

Falaseya villa is ideally located right in the middle of all worth seeing sights of Crete. Well known beaches as Gramvousa, Falassarna & Elafonisi are just 30 minutes drive. Knossos Palace is only an hour drive.
