Cottage surrounded by forest and 2 minutes from a beautiful, sandy beach, located on the peninsula of Kassandra, Halkidiki. The cottage is located in a complex with a communal pool. The house is built on three levels, on the ground floor there is a kitchen with a living room and access to a balcony with stunning views of the forest and the sea. Downstairs there is a large bedroom with a double bed and two sofas and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with two single beds, the other two with double beds and access to a balcony. Also on the second floor there is a bathroom with a shower. The cottage is within walking distance from a quiet, sandy beach, you can walk through the forest, within walking distance there is a village where there are beach bars, shops, taverns and a supermarket.

Directions
The village of Siviri is located in the southwestern part of the Kassandra Peninsula, between the village of Furka and the capital of the Kassandra Peninsula. The distance from the village to the city of Thessaloniki is 80 kilometers. Svir by local standards is considered a fairly large village. It has a developed infrastructure, and in the summer it turns into an active tourist center. It has earned its popularity with beautiful equipped beaches and an abundance of greenery. In addition, there are many shops, fish taverns, cafes, bars and restaurants.
