Beautiful complex of 28 spacious two-leveled maisonettes is located 17 km from Nikiti, right by the sea, with a magnificent view of the Toroneos Gulf. The resort is located 65 km from Thessaloniki Airport.

Eros complex was built on a plot of 7,500 m2 in the form of an amphitheater. The complex with red ceramic roof and wooden furniture is surrounded by an olive grove. Well-organized golden sandy beach is located at a distance of 70-400 meters. All cottages have their own gardens and verandas. The complex also has a playground.

Wonderful beach restaurant offers excellent Greek cuisine and a breathtaking view of the sunset. The complex also has a mini-market where you can buy everything you need. Gerakini and Psakoudia villages are within 2 km from the complex. There is a huge selection of shops, bars, taverns, supermarkets, water sports entertainment, etc.

There are different types of cottages in two levels.

Two-leeled maisonettes have sloping tiled roofs, separate entrances and balconies with panoramic views. Stone terrace of 15 m2 has a wooden pergola, leading to the garden. The houses consist of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms (single bed and two single beds), bathroom with shower and can accommodate up to 4 people.

1) Type A1 (65 m2) consists of two levels.
On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and sofa bed for one person, fully equipped kitchen, veranda of ​​16 m2.

On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One with a double bed and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. Second one with two single beds. Capacity: 4-5 guests.

2) Type A2 (65 m2) consists of two levels.
On the ground floor (50 m2) there is a living room with kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet, veranda of ​​16 m2.

On the second floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and access to the balcony with stunning views of the sea. Capacity: 4-5 guests.

3) Type B2 (​​75 m2). Duplex cottages have sloping tiled roofs, separate entrance and balconies with panoramic views. Stone terrace of 30 m2 has a wooden pergola, leading to the garden. The houses consist of a living room for 2 people, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms (single bed and two single beds), bathroom with shower and can accommodate up to 6 people.

First floor: bedroom with a single bed, bedroom with a double bed, living room with a sofa bed for one, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. Veranda of ​​32 m2 and private yard.

On the second floor there is one bedroom with two single beds, a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea.
