A cosy house suitable for a large group of friends and families with children.
This beautiful house is located in the spacious DIONYSOS residential complex in Hanioti. In the centre of the complex there is a large barbecue area, children's playground and outdoor shower.
Located in a beautiful and quiet area, just 3 minutes walk from the beach. It is 5 minutes from the centre of Hanioti, supermarket and ATMs. Close to shops, fish taverns, restaurants and bars.
Our holiday home is made on three levels with a beautiful garden which is accessible only to our guests.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a sofa bed.
On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms with a large balcony. Bathroom with toilet and shower, washing machine.
In the basement there is a large room of 35 m2 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, washing machine, 2 large double beds, sofa bed.
All rooms have satellite TV, split systems, WI-FI.
If needed we can provide extra folding beds and baby cot.
There is a private parking place.

The village of Chanioti is located on the first finger of the Halkidiki peninsula, Kassandra, which is considered the most suitable for tourist recreation due to the large number of entertainment (taverns, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, bowling, go-karts, chain supermarkets and shops).
Not far from the village (12 km) there are popular sulfur-hydrogen springs "LUTRA Agia Paraskevi". You can also visit unique places, such as Caves of Petralona (45 km), Mavrobar lake with golden carps and turtles (18 km), the ancient Greek-style town of Afytos (25 km), see singing fountains at the POMEGRANAT hotel (35 km), admire beautiful yachts, branded boutiques of the hotels SUNNY RESORT and MIRAGIO and much more.
