Description
Beautiful south facing complex, located by the sea, consists of three separate houses that can be rented together or separately. On the ground floor of a double cottage (80 sq.m.) there is a living room with satellite TV and a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have access to a furnished balcony overlooking the sea. If necessary, two guests can be accommodated on the living room sofa. The houses are offered for rent for couples and adult guests. Children can stay only if all three houses of the complex are rented. The house is surrounded by its own garden, with a furnished terrace, barbecue, outdoor dining area, also has a private pool (32 sq.m.), sea views, sun terraces with sun loungers and umbrellas. The cottage is located 10 meters from a private sandy beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a bar on the beach where guests can enjoy drinks and snacks. Shops and cafes are 1 km away, taverns, pharmacies and restaurants are 5 minutes drive, Chania airport is 90 km, Heraklion airport is 200 km.
