The villa was built in 2014, with special attention to detail and design for a comfortable and secluded relaxation. This is a two-storey villa of 120 m2 with a splendid view of the sea and private pool. On the ground floor there is a living room with luxurious soft furnishings, where you can enjoy the homely atmosphere of watching a movie on the 40-inch flat-panel HD-screen. Also, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table where you can cook and eat the best Greek dishes. There is also a bathroom.

There are 3 bright, spacious bedrooms on the second floor. Master bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom with shower, cozy terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds with access to the balcony.

On the terrace by the pool there are deck chairs and umbrellas, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views. There is a large covered dining area, barbecue, outdoor shower nearby.
