Description
The villa is located on the first line away from the hustle and bustle on the outskirts of one of the villages of the peninsula of Kassandra, Halkidiki. The villa is built on one level and there is a soffit upstairs with a separate entrance. Downstairs in the main house can accommodate up to 4 guests, where there is a spacious living room with panoramic windows and sea views, a fully equipped kitchen and another large sofa that folds out. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed with stunning sea views and access to the terrace. The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, internet and TV. Outdoor barbecue and outdoor dining area on the terrace. Sunbeds and an umbrella are provided on the beach. At the top is a soffit that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. It is small and has two single beds and one double, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large balcony overlooking the sea and the forest. You can also rent both the soffit and the main part of the house. The lower level costs: from May to June 15 - 145 euros from June 16 to the end of August - 175 euros September - 145 euros
