Balina is an excellent choice for families with children! The villa is built on a plot of 800 m2 at a distance of 50 meters from the sandy beach. The two-storey villa (the third top floor is not for rent) can accommodate up to 10 people. Villa with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two large kitchens, equipped barbecue area, children's playground, flower beds, lawns and an orchard with orange, lemon, tangerine, pomegranate trees, garden vines, bougainvillea, bergamot, grapefruit, kumquat, loquat.

The ground floor (50 m2) has a separate entrance and consists of 1 bedroom with large closet, living room with two comfortable sofas for sleeping, which are suitable for children; LCD TV 32' with satellite channels; bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. There is a modern, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with access to the terrace.

The second floor (105 m2): master bedroom with a double bed, second bedroom with twin beds and one children's room with 2 single beds. 2 new bathrooms, one with bath and toilet, and the second - with shower with hydromassage, toilet and washing machine. Hall with two sofas, coffee table, LCD TV 42' with satellite channels. There is a desk with computer, printer and chair.

On the same floor there is a large, bright, fully equipped kitchen and dining room with high-quality equipment, including a large set of dishes, LCD TV 32' with satellite channels, large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. It opens onto a furnished terrace and a balcony overlooking the garden and sea.

The garden offers an open gazebo with a canopy, a dining table and LCD TV for a relaxing stay. There is a barbecue area with a stone barbecue and a marble kitchen (sink, gas stove, small refrigerator, all necessary utensils).

There is a playground for children in the garden.

The sea is ideal for children, and at the same time, you can safely swim in the Gulf in any weather! Here, on the beach, you will find a few taverns, restaurants and cafes. In walking distance - minimarket, supermarket, souvenir shop and a pharmacy. The house is equipped with automatic night lighting and is fully fenced.
