Description
Our luxury villa is located on the picturesque hill, in one of the coastal areas of the city of Chania. It offers fantastic panoramic views of the sea and surroundings.
On the vast, landscaped green area of 11,000 m2 with an emerald lawn and palm trees there stands a beautiful dazzling white colonial-style residence of 590 m2.
The design was made in a classic style with white marble, harmoniously combined with furniture and decorative elements in a colonial style and vintage. Numerous comfortable and spacious villa rooms, perfect for celebrations and parties, offer complete isolation, leisure, tranquility and privacy.
Each of the three rooms of the ground floor (a single space living room and dining room, work room, kitchen) have their own access to the garden. From the spacious living room the marble staircase leads to the second floor of the house. Here, guests can relax in the open hall with views of the living room on the first floor. On the second floor there are three spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a furnished balcony with panoramic views of the picturesque bay, majestic White Mountains, and the territory of the villa with swimming pool. Another staircase leads from the living room of the first floor to the lower level of the villa. At this level there is another large living room with fireplace and two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms.
The area around the villa is a huge garden with lawn, palm trees, cypresses, oleanders, olive and fruit trees, flowers and aromatic herbs. There is a swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces and a shaded gazebo with umbrellas and sun loungers. Here is a dining room for dining al fresco. Also the villa has a tennis court.
The region has a large selection of beautiful beaches to suit all tastes. The nearest sandy beach is approximately 3 km away. At a distance of five-minute trip there are small villages with traditional taverns with fresh fish, seafood, Mediterranean cuisine and Cretan cuisine. At about the same distance there is the regional center with a developed infrastructure. There are supermarkets, banks, restaurants, SPA-center, clinic and petrol stations.
