Description
The cottage is located in an elite complex, on the first line with a large green area. Near the complex there are two hotels: 5* Anastasia Resort & Spa and 4* Skion Palace Beach Hotel. Access to the territory of the hotels is free. Here you can take advantage of a bar, a playground for children and a swimming pool. The house is detached and two-level. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a kitchen and one bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (one bedroom with a double bed and the second with two single beds). There is a parking lot on the territory of the complex.

Directions
The beach of the Anastasia Resort & Spa is located directly in the olive grove. You can freely use swimming pools, bars, Spa services, take part in cultural events held in hotels. On the beach you can rent a catamaran, jet ski or other water sports. Nea Skioni is the fishing village of Kassandra, where the largest port on the peninsula is located. You can buy fresh fish directly from the boat from the fishermen or at the nearest fish store and cook it on the grill. And you can go to the tavern, where you will be offered excellent Mediterranean cuisine from the freshest products.
Neighborhood
A 10-minute drive away is one of the most touristic and popular towns of Halkidiki - Chanioti and next to it is also a very popular village of Pefkohori for leisure and fun. There are many hotels, bars, taverns, restaurants where you will not be bored. On the central square of Hanioti, various events, concerts, festivals are often held. At 10 km from the complex there is a hospital with hot hydrogen sulfide springs Agia Paraskevi, where an ultra-modern SPA center is equipped.
